Q: Are you owned or affiliated to a particular retailer?
A. No. We operate independently of the retailers we work with. However, we are dependent of those we
do work with to provide us with the most competitive products and pricing that they can, and offer
the customers that switch to them the best service possible.
We may not always have available all the products available from each retailer in the
Retailer list. To maximise the savings available from our 100% accurate health check, we look to
ensure we have the most competitive plans available that we can.

Q: Can you help me save all of the time?
A: Probably not. 10% of customers already have a pretty healthy bill, 90% do not. So 90% of the time
we can find ways to save you money and help make your bill healthier. Because our health check
process is 100% accurate, when we say you can save, we mean it. No one else does this.
Q. How long will it take to calculate and complete my health check?
A: Once you have uploaded the images of your current bill, it will a few minutes for us to analyse your bill and send you your results.
At times we receive large volumes of bills and/or there may be additional details on your bill that we need to check and in such occasions
it will take a little longer to produce your personalised analysis.
Q: Who built your health check engine?
Our health check engine was designed and built in Australia by Analytical Models, a business run for
over 15 years by Australians, and is owned by Australians. Their technology has also been used
around the world.
Q: How accurate is your health check engine?
A: Our health check engine is 100% accurate and trusted. It has been used in industrial grade
applications for the last 15 years for utility providers throughout the world. However, where we
feel that a predicted savings or bill size representation may be misleading, we are very careful to
let you know. If there is any uncertainty on the amount of money you can save we always take a
conservative view so we never underestimate your estimated costs, or overestimate the savings
Q. Why do you need a bill to provide a health check?
A: The only way to accurately assess the potential savings available to you, is to extract critical
pieces of information and data from your bill, and complete a 100% accurate health check.
Q: What do you do with my billing information?
A: We will use it to understand if within our Retailer List there are plans which are
and offer potential savings. If you choose to switch to a new retailer, and make the recommended
savings, we will use the information on your bill to facilitate the switch.
Q: What do you do with my personal information?
A: We capture your bill, and if you switch a form of ID and your date of birth. We use all of this
information to assist with transferring your electricity from your current provider to a new one. We
store all of this information securely, and only for as long as we need to in-line with our Privacy
Q: Do you get a commission if I change my retailer through you?
A: Yes - we receive a small fee from the retailer you choose to switch to. If you don't switch
us, we do not. We prefer customers to switch through us, but our health check service is FREE to use
regardless of whether you switch or not, this provides Australians for the first time a way to
the health of their electricity bills.
Q: Should I do my own comparison?
A: If you have the time and feel you need to, then absolutely. You can be assured that the analysis
we have undertaken is 100% accurate, and if we made any assumptions, these are clearly listed. But
remember, there are 25+ licenced electricity retailers across Australia, so there's a bit of work to
do to check all their prices, discounts and T&C's.
Q: What happens if you show no or very little savings?
A: If this were to happen, it means that you are on a competitive plan and your electricity bill is
healthy. Of course, this will interest us,
and you can be assured if we find a new plan which can make your healthy bill even healthier, we
